The rights of these tribes of Indians to all this land, com prising 64 square miles, acres, were purchased by the Committee of the General Court having in charge the settle ment of the place, the consideration given being twelve pounds of lawful money of New England, or the full value thereof in other specie, two coats and four yards of trading cloth, valued at 26 shillings, and full satisfaction in trucking cloth and corn.
