A ruthless financial adviser known as The Sommelier, with a taste for the high life, scams St. Matt's Hospital out of millions of dollars by playing three card monte with their investments. Brought to the point of ruination, the hospital administration takes desperate measures to recover their losses. These events trigger violent reprisals involving life and death.
