These persons are the Observers, the knowledge gatherers. Other foreheads are full and plump along the center horizontally, while the lower part and the upper part are less developed. We often see this in children, which age will modify. Those who have the reasoning organs stronger than the organs of memory and observation will have a beetling. Overhanging forehead, the upper section is more prominent than the middle and the lower.
