Excerpt from The Spanish Civil Code: In Force in Spain, Cuba, Puerto Rico, and the PhilippinesArt. 2. This Code will go into effect in the aforesaid Islands twenty days after its publication in the official papers of the same.Art. 3. In harmony with the provisions of art.
