Cap. 32 (1920) With Notes Thereon, Together With All Practice Decisions Since the Publication of Vol. IIThis section is intended to provide in gen'eral terms, _for all the cases in which there is an appeal from judgments of the highest Court of final resort in any province. It is wider in its scope than old section 36, in that it' does not require that the judgment appealed from should be in an action commenced in a Superior Court.
