The September Alliance terrorists used violence like a surgeon's scalpel, forcing immoral corporations to comply with their demands. Riding the crest of victory, the Supreme Command ceases fire and attempts to enter the mainstream political process, but soon, copycat attacks rock the far flung hamlets and towns of the Great Plains.
