A more picturesque ceremony than that which attended the unveiling of the bronze tablets on the two Indian effigy mounds on the. Crest of Observatory hill has never been held on the campus of the University of Wisconsin. The dedication ceremony took place at 5 p. M. On Wednesday, July 15, in the presence of an audience of over five hundred summer session students and citizens of Madison.
