That on the 30th day of April, 1898, your orator was, ever since has been, and now is, the owner of eleven twenty-fourths of certain mining ground lying in Yrek'a Mining District, in said Shoshone County, called the Skookum mining claim, for which patent had been is sued by the United States, and under which patent rests the true source of all title to the same in its present claimants. Your o'rator further shows to the Court that his right to a one-third interest of said Skookum is, brie¿y stated, derived as follows.
