This will relieve the range situation and also do consider able good for those of the row crops not too far gone to be helped. Early Fall tillage operations on the station are now being pushed along rapidly and will be pretty much completed this coming week. The Panhandle Farmers Congress finishes a three day session here today, part being taken in the program by Farmer's and Agricultural experts from over the Panhandle and by officials from the state college as well as by agriculturists from adjoining states. Mr. H. H. Vinall of the Forage Office and W. D.
