This exciting crime story is an actual true incident that occurred in 2002 that took place in southern California. It was kept secretive from public exposure and the mass media for reasons unknown. It was one of Sonny Stark's cases that involved the largest "Mill House" counterfeit cases in the California State Lottery's history in the mass production of "Scratcher Cash Receipts" and "On-Line Receipts" when stapled to Scratchers or On-Line tickets for cash payment. Suspects were arrested in the passing of these bogus Receipts that took place at large supermarkets in the counties of Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and San Diego. Computers, scanning equipment, a laser printer, California State Lottery Paper Stock, and counterfeit "Receipts" were seized during the service of a Search Warrant. The counterfeiter was arrested on a $100, 000.00 Arrest Warrant and pursuant to Stark's $250, 000.00 Ramey Warrant and ten count Felony Complaint with a $2 million Arrest Warrant. He was convicted and sentenced to state prison.
