Its a critical time for the human race, as the cold war mounts, the war department of the Navy is desperate to seek new technologies that ensure the supremacy on the high seas and below. A new technology is developed for reconnaissance and has adverse effects on the whales in the sea. The whales retaliate with their own advanced superior organic technology.
