It contains information about men and women at work and explores some of the traditional beliefs as well as some of the benefits of going into non-traditional occupations. The rest of the pack is designed to help women in areas of assertiveness, confidence and self-esteem. It gives some practical examples of communication and techniques for developing interpersonal skills. Includes coverage of points from the Adult Core Curriculum for Literacy.
