This book focuses on an investigation on activities that women engage in as part of rural development among women in rural areas. Eucabeth Kwasu has put clearly the objectives of the book which are to identify the activities that women engage in as part of rural development and she continues to elucidate the effects of the involvement of women in rural development and to identify measures that are taken to improve on women participation in rural development. The study was carried out in rural areas in an area called Kongo Village which is located in Dhiwa District in Nyanza County.
